Locate the Heating System pilot light assembly and access panel for inspection
Check if the Heating System pilot flame is strong blue and engulfing the thermocouple
Clean the Heating System pilot orifice with compressed air if flame is weak
Verify the Heating System thermocouple is producing adequate millivolt output
Test Heating System pilot safety system by holding down the reset button
